Step One: Discovery & Research
We start by getting to know the person you’re gifting — their passions, experiences, hobbies, style, and memories. We do this through interviews with loved ones and our own research.

Step Two: Curation & Creation
Next we curate a collection of potential gifts, perpetually refining it until we find the perfect concept. We then collaborate with skilled artisans and creators to create something completely original.

Step Three: Delivery & Presentation
Every detail matters, even the card. From handwritten notes to thoughtfully chosen materials, we make the presentation as meaningful as the gift itself. The result is an experience your recipient will remember long after they’ve unwrapped it.
Gifting FAQ
What does your Discovery & Research entail?
We use everything at our disposal to get to know the recipient. At a minimum, this includes some internet sleuthing, but the more you can provide, the better — interviews with friends, family, coworkers, and mentors are invaluable in the Discovery & Research phase.
How much do your services cost?
Every project is completely custom, so pricing varies based on scope, timeline, and creative requirements. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your budget and timeline to give you a clear idea of what’s possible. Our Service Fee is typically 25% of the cost of the gift itself.
How long does the entire process take?
The timeline varies for every gift. Our Discovery & Research Phase can typically last 2 weeks depending on scheduling with those we wish to interview. The Curation phase takes another 1-2 weeks. The Creation aspect is unpredictable as we could be commissioning an artist that requires weeks to complete their work. At an absolute minimum we would recommend 3 months to ensure the gift is executed thoughtfully & beautifully.
What does “One-of-One” gifting mean?
The gift your recipient will open will be made specifically for them after weeks of research and curation. When they receive it, they will know that no one else on earth could receive this gift. They’ll know it was made specifically for them and no one else.
