What is With Intention, and what makes it different?
We’re not going off of a template or checklist. The perfect trip, gift, or event isn’t in our head- it’s in yours. We work with you to figure out exactly what that is and then we bring it to life.
What does the x stand for?
The x stands for anything you can dream of. Your parents’ anniversary party, an unforgettable proposal, a stuffed animal your grandmother remembered from childhood, the first trip you take as a family — anything. We take your idea and transform it into a memory that will last a lifetime.
Can you combine services?
Absolutely. With enough time & budget we love to blend offerings. For example, pairing a travel experience with a one-of-a-kind gift or creating an event that includes an immersive show.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
Not at all. Some clients come with a clear idea; others just know they want to celebrate someone or create something special. Either way, we’ll guide you through discovery questions to help shape the perfect experience.
How far in advance should I reach out?
The earlier, the better — especially for large events or complex travel experiences. However, we occasionally accommodate shorter timelines depending on scope and availability. Reach out, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
How much do your services cost?
Because every project is completely custom, pricing varies depending on scale, timeline, and creative requirements. During our initial consultation (or beforehand, if possible), we’ll discuss your budget and timeline to provide a clear sense of what’s possible within those parameters.
Do you have a service area?
No. We will work with clients anywhere.

Every project begins with a conversation. Once we understand what you’re hoping to create (or who you’re creating it for), we’ll craft a concept, timeline, and proposal tailored specifically to you. From there, we manage every detail, communicate updates along the way, and bring your vision to life seamlessly.
