Step One: Discovery Questionnaire
We start by learning about your travel style — who you’re traveling with, your comfort levels, your dream destinations, and what kind of experiences light you up (romantic, adventurous, cultural, outdoorsy, luxurious, or anything in between).

Step Two: The Secret Shortlist
With your preferences in mind, we design your entire journey — selecting the destination, booking travel and accommodations, arranging dining and experiences — all curated to reflect your style, pace, and sense of adventure.

Step Three: The Journey
Before you depart, you’ll receive a series of handwritten letters — each one revealing a little more about what’s to come. One may arrive at your doorstep before you leave, another might be waiting at your hotel. Each letter keeps the mystery alive and turns your trip into a story worth remembering.

Travel Planning FAQ
What do you mean by Secret Destination?
When booking a Secret Destination travel experience, you won’t know the destination until the night before or morning of (depending on logistics). We’ll ensure you’re fully prepared for the destination without actually knowing where it is.
What if I don’t want to go to the chosen destination?
We have a “no surprises” option for those that wish to do the travel without the secrecy. If you elect for the Secret Destination option, we encourage you to be open-minded.
Can I give a list of destinations I’d prefer?
In our initial questionnaire, we’ll ask about places you’ve been, places you haven’t been, places you like and don’t like, and much more. We’ll also ask how much secrecy and spontaneity you’re comfortable with in regards to the trip. In your responses, you will be able to provide your preferred destinations if you so choose.
Can I choose my destination?
Of course! If you have somewhere you know you want to go, but want us to handle the planning – no problem. You’ll get all of the same services, just without the initial surprise of the destination.
What type of letters will I receive?
There are levels of secrecy you can choose from. If you want every step of the trip to be spontaneous, you’ll receive letters before and during the trip so that you’re finding out your next move as it happens. If you prefer to know the plan, we’ll provide you with those letters all at once and offer suggestions as to when you open them.
Do you do international trips?
We are not able to plan international trips for Secret Destination customers.
